SFSP - The Summer Food Service Program Application Period is open! Important dates listed below:

April 15 - Deadline for sponsors to apply if they are requesting an advance
April 30 - Deadline for all returning sponsors to apply
May 30 - Deadline for new sponsor applications

System Maintenance

  • PEARS Loading Slowly
    If you have experienced extremely slow loading times for the PEARS system. Please have your IT personnel contact the PEARS Help Desk at 1-888-877-1306. Instructions to remedy the problem will be provided.

  • PEARS will be unavailable each Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening from 7:00 pm to 8:00pm (EDT) for regular maintenance.

Resetting Your Password

  • When resetting your password, please remember that your new password must contain a special character. Some examples of special characters are % & $ @ * !

    Your password must also be at least 8 characters long.

    Help Desk may assist with any Password problems or resets, Toll Free at: 1-888-877-1306.


  • Information in this system and documents submitted become public record and are subject to disclosure.
